Alessia IV is the Queen Regnant of the Kingdom of Loria, successor to her father King Edion, and the last living member of the Condrey bloodline. She ascended to the throne in 3979 following the sickness and death of the King; with no other heirs, it fell upon Sylvien to lead the country at the young age of 17.
Alessia is generally known as a fair but controversial ruler, commended for delivering the Kingdom from economic instability and civil unrest, but widely criticized for causing international scandals regarding human rights violations and the creation of mass-destructive weaponry forbidden by several global treaties. Due to her blunt and confrontational public demeanor she is often the object of press criticism; nevertheless, support for her rule remains consistently high, as does her personal popularity. She is credited for the Kingdom's overall wellness, military power, and high HDI.
