Queenstead is a state situated in northeastern Loria, and the most populous county in the Kingdom. It is bordered by Windhill County to the south and Whitebrim to the west. The county is Loria's capital territory, containing the capital city of Zerule and surrounding townships. With an area of 863,167 square kilometers, Queenstead is Loria's largest county, and the most economically powerful with most activity focused on Zerule. Mining, manufacturing, magical development, and international education, are the county's main sources of income.
Queenstead is known for its sparse forests and highland plains with grand snowy mountains. The territory possesses most of Zina, the Cotton Forest, to the west, and various lakes and rivers. As most of the population is centered on the Capital, the territory is not densely populated, leaving much untamed wilderness and unseen places.
The county holds various cities and small towns, such as Jade City, Janford, Stoneridge, Wyle, and the aforementioned Zerule. Known points of interest are Blackmouth Mines and the Cotton Citadel. Many unmarked locations belong to Aboriginals who resist the expansion of civilization and attempt to reclaim the unused land.
