Information

Name:  Ouroboros (BooG)

Age:  25 years old

Species:  Boogling (super ape man)

Height:  Ouroboros stands at a good 6'5

Appearance:  Tall, athletic build ( 6 feet and 5 inches tall, weighs 195 pounds). Pale skin, short jet-black hair, Crimson red eyes, a plain white long sleeved undershirt, heavy sweatpants and boots of a matching shade of black to the overcoat. Dark brown leather belt with silver buckle which has “4183-R-7” carved into it. Wears a gas mask that sort of looks like a cross between an CM-7M and an S10 (lenses are tinted so it’s a bit hard to see the eyes). 3 Filters, one on the left and right sides, as well as the front. Carries a large black duffel bag, and a modified M9 Bayonet (Made of titanium. 12 inch blade as opposed to the standard 7) on him, just in-case if throwing hands doesn’t work so well. He also has a gold pocket watch with him, though he rarely really uses it.

Apparel:  (Kinda just decided to merge this with appearance since I don't see the need to keep them separate lol. I guess I'll just write down his personality in here instead.)

One one hand, he's pretty quiet and reserved, yet lazy and nonchalant. BooG usually just walks around and observes. From afar, from up close, doesn’t really matter. He just stands there, thinking, watching. Is he coming up with a scheme? Or maybe he’s just thinking of what he’ll have for dinner? Hard to tell, even without that mask on. He isn’t emotive, usually just looks brain dead. Despite all of this, he is still very observant. He’s got some sharp senses, so might as well make good use of them. Only really puts effort into things whenever it’s needed. No point in wasting energy when it could be used for something that’s actually worth the time and effort.

Hometown:  N/A (not from this world lol!)

Character Skills

Cultivate, Harness, And Distribute (C.H.A.D)

C.H.A.D allows BooG to “Cultivate” fragments of his own soul, before “Harnessing” and “Distributing” them to others, which grants the receiver an overall power boost (Example: if BooG gives away a fragment that is 10% of the total mass of his soul, then the receiver gains a 10% power boost). After these soul fragments are given to the receivers, they will “Cultivate” the soul fragments on their own (Pretty much just going around and increasing/using their own power as they naturally would, which also makes the soul fragments develop since those are technically a part of them now), causing them to grow stronger, further increasing the power boost that they provide to the receiver. BooG can take them back whenever and wherever deemed necessary, regardless of whatever situation, location, etc. the targeted receiver is in (He has to actually keep track of who he gives them to, though). If he gives away too many soul fragments within a certain amount of time (About 12 to 24 hours. Bigger soul fragments will cause him to deplete his own power faster), he will eventually revert to a weakened state.

Recovering from this requires the cultivation to be continued to make up for it with more powerful and larger soul fragments. Once the removal process begins, the receivers are engulfed in massive columns of light. Being near the light is enough to strip them of their soul fragments, reverting them back to their original state, while also harming them in the process. The damage is caused by the massive strain placed on the body, mind, and soul placed on the receiver due to the sudden removal of a soul fragment. (damage dealt by the removal scales on the size of the soul fragments, how many soul fragments they have, and the already present power of the receiver from before they were given the soul fragments). Reclaimed power/energy is sent back to BooG, who is then revitalized and given greater strength than what he had possessed before (Scales on how many soul fragments have been removed and taken back, much power has been “Cultivated” and has been “Harnessed” by the receivers, and how many soul fragments BooG recovers at the time of the removal). This ability can cost anywhere from 1 to 40 energy per soul fragment. (BooG doesn't start with 99 energy, I'm just putting that there for scaling). It goes up by 10s. 1 for 10%, 2 for 20%, 3 for 30%, 4 for 40%, etc.

Absorption

Absorption gives BooG the ability to absorb and then manipulate, Energy/Power, ETC. The absorption process can serve one of two functions. (He can absorb from anywhere on his body, doesn't really matter where. If it's to absorb some kind of attack, then it only works as long as he's fully aware of when and where that attack will hit him.)

1 - Healing. Simple enough. Absorbing stuff heals. The more BooG absorbs, the greater the effect. Certain things heal certain wounds and injuries more efficiently (depends on injuries being healed). This can also be used to heal others if BooG deems it necessary. Healing uses up charge, though. Also, healing others with this ability is much slower than healing himself.

2 - “Battery”. Now this one is a bit more complicated. Whenever BooG uses this secondary function, a “Charge” starts to build up. This “Charge” is used to power this “Battery”. The “Battery” can use whatever has been absorbed for a number of things. Elemental / Energy - based attacks, empowering himself and enhancing weapons, creating defenses such as barriers / shields, and even straight up just nullifying other abilities / attacks ( Requires opposing power / energy types to be used as charge ). Charge limit scales on points put into BooG’s energy stat, as well as the types of absorbed energy and power. So if he has like 8 into energy, then he can only absorb 8 charge points worth of power and energy. Simple, yea?

Any attempts to absorb anything more while the charge is filled will result in nothing happening (haha it go poof). Charge build up scales on what BooG absorbs. For example, something like a gunshot from a low caliber round would only give like 1 energy, while something like a high explosive would give around 5 energy. Absorption uses no energy on its own, simply because it requires the power and energy from outside sources to actually work.

E.O.T.W (Eyes Of The World)

This ability's primary use is to quickly and effectively gather information on anything that BooG sets his eyes on, as long as direct eye contact is maintained for a prolonged period of time. The longer eye contact is maintained, the more information BooG can gather. This has a range of 15.5 meters (around 50 feet) and can only remain active for 10 turns. (After these 10 turns are up, it is automatically deactivated and will then enter a “cooldown” for 2 turns).

MODO DE MACACO / MONKE MODE

Quite a simple ability, really. This ability allows BooG to turn into an ape. It resembles a gigantopithecus in terms of build and structure, though it has the physical features of a chimpanzee. Black hair, dark grey skin, big beady brown eyes, etc. This greatly enhances BooG's physical capabilities, while also providing a good increase in magical capabilities as well. (boosts stats by +2 each except for energy). He also has some minor size adjustment while in this form. By default this form is about 20 feet tall, but he can make himself shrink back down to his normal size (or down to normal monke height), or even grow an extra 10 feet if necessary. Shrinking and growing takes no energy. Also, whenever BooG shifts into a monke, his gear and clothes kinda just dematerialize. Except for the bag and the knife, those stay. Monke form weighs like 2 thousand pounds when at full size and only about 80-90 when at its smallest (about 3 to 5 feet tall). Outside of combat, this ability doesn’t provide any benefits, nor does it cost energy to use. It also just turns BooG into a normal monke. Costs 6EN for 5 turns. +2 to each stat.

Bungus Blues

This ability's one major downside is that it is manifested within the black duffel bag that BooG carries around with him. If that bag is stolen or damaged to the point of being unusable, then he'll have to get a new bag and then bind this ability to it so that he can use it again. It pretty much just allows him to produce an infinite number of firearms and ammunition for said firearms. He's also placed yet another limit on this ability, for the sake of decreasing it's cost. In order for him to properly conjure and use any firearm, he has to know exactly what it is, how it works, what caliber of cartridges it's chambered in, etc. For example, if he wants to be able to use an Ak-47, then he has to know how to use it, maintain it, what the exact caliber it uses, so on so forth.

Bungus Blues has a cooldown of 10 turns and he can only produce one type of firearm at a time (Semi-automatic, Automatic, etc. Handgun, Rifle, etc). Takes 1 energy per weapon, though ammunition has no energy cost, it has a separate cooldown from the firearm production (can only produce 30 at max and has a 15 turn cooldown. Also can only produce one type at a time.)

High Level Body Manipulation

High Level Body Manipulation - BooG can freely change and manipulate his body to a great degree, capable of freely dislocating or even breaking his own bones and flattening his own organs without ultimately causing serious damage. It is actually possible for him to cause damage to himself if he goes too far. With this incredible control over his own body, BooG is capable of swiftly maneuvering out of dangerous situations. Costs 1EN to activate for 1 turn with one post cooldown.

Origin

Rather simple ability. He becomes immune to pretty much every other ability, at the cost of not being able to use any of his own abilities as long as this one is active. He can also use this to directly nullify other abilities via infusing the cartridges from his guns, though that takes a lot of energy and requires for him to have had activated Bungus Blues beforehand (or just have a gun in general). Activation drains a decent bit, and keeping it active drains just a bit more over time. It costs 1 ENR per turn, with a 2 turn cooldown.

Backstory
He is, or rather was, just a man trying to survive and make a living in a ruthless land, devastated by war and natural disasters, where pretty much everything wanted him dead. Ultimately, he was a man living in a world that did not want him in it. One thing led to another, and he found himself before a portal, a tear in reality, a rift to another world. And so, he did what any other sane man would do and walked into the rift. Sooner or later, he now found himself in a foreign land. Another continent, maybe? He wasn’t sure at the time, but he quickly came to the realization that he wasn’t merely taken to another land, but rather, another world as a whole. Well, that’s about all there is to say on the matter. So basically, He got Isekai’d lmao.
